Eli Ayase (VA: Nanjo Yoshino)

A third year high school student in Otonokizaka High School, member of the school idol group called μ’s, leader of the sub-unit BiBi.

She is partly Russian due to her grandmother, and because of this, she is known for her famous line “хорошо” (pronunciation: harasho), which means “okay” or “good”. Her grandmother also graduated from the school she attends to, Otonokizaka High School.

Eli also has a younger sister named Alisa Ayase, who is not familiar with the Japanese culture.

Her birthday is on October 21, and her charm point is her sharp style. Honoka also describes her as beautiful, tall, and mature. She is the strategist of their school idol group, introduced μ’s in Akihabara by street performance.

She was also the student council president in their school before Honoka succeeded the position when the third years graduate. Because of this, she is well-known by the students, increasing their fame when she finally joined μ’s.

Eli was first introduced as an “antagonist”, not letting the girls form a school idol group at Otonokizaka High School, because they are amateurs. After seeing their improvements and the group’s potential to save the school, she eventually joined alongside Nozomi Tojou.

OPINION AHEAD!

(lazysprinkles): Eli Ayase is my favorite girl, in idol fandom term, “best girl”. Besides her stunning looks and angelic voice (which is not justified by the amount of her solo songs), reference to Angelic Angel, I can say that she’s the girl I can relate to. Her awkwardness around people she just met, giving off cold vibes instead, pretty much me with people I don’t know. I also love her friendship (really though? I mean, c’mon, these two are pretty gay) with Nozomi Tojou. Ugh, I wish I can collect all her UR cards someday.
